Since 1998, we've been creating and delivering customized interactive training programs, workshops, seminars, keynotes, and coaching sessions. We've had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of employees, managers, organizations, conference planners, and groups across many different industries from all over the United States.
We stand out at events because we don't do generic programs or presentations (we do, however, incorporate a few magic tricks and meaningful/fun activities to illustrate key points). We believe in understanding our audiences and tailoring our programs to meet the needs of your unique group.
Our founder, Kathy Peterson, has a background in HR (she has earned the SPHR and the SHRM-SCP), in addition to her extensive speaking & training background. This combination means a focus on helping clients build people skills, because the people work is harder than the paper work!
Conference planners know we are always top rated and will be a hit with their audiences. Kathy specializes in Ag audiences, since she is also a farm wife!
People often get promoted to management, but don’t know what it really means to lead. Having specialized in this training for the last 22 years, Kathy knows what you face and brings real world, immediately applicable solutions.
We know that because employees shape an organization’s culture, it’s critical we have leaders at all levels (not just in management). We can assist with building your team and your bench strength.
We have found that many “ah ha!” moments (and behavior changes) come from people gaining deeper insights into their own thoughts and actions. These assessments are extremely impactful.
