Overview:

Are you out of juice and overwhelmed? Too much stress can lead to frustration, and too little stress can lead to boredom. Stress itself is neither good nor bad. It is our reaction to the stress that creates a positive or negative result. In this program, we'll talk about how to strike a healthy stress balance to enable you to be more productive, energetic, and creative.
