Overview:

Getting and keeping good team members is one of the primary challenges of employers today. The other challenge is to get those team members to work together. As a leader, your job is not only to attract and retain quality team members, but also to help them to be productive and focused. In this program, we’ll discuss a model for developing a highly effective team, as well as give you the tools to conduct your own “team building” sessions.

Objectives:

In this program we will explore:

  • A model for highly effective teams (PERFORM),
  • The keys to being an effective team leader,
  • The phases of team development,
  • Tools to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of your team, and
  • At least 4 team building techniques that you can use with your own teams.

Length:

Workshop: 3-4 Hours
