Overview:

In this fun and educational program, participants will be given an assessment to determine his/her preferred communication style. We will discuss the implications of each of the communication styles, including how to more effectively communicate, motivate, and handle conflicts at work and at home. This workshop is highly interactive and will double as a team building exercise.

Objectives:

As a result of this program, you should be able to:

• Understand the implications of his/her preferred communication style.
  
• Motivate employees/family members more effectively.
  
• Deal with passive, aggressive, and assertive people successfully.
  
• Have had the opportunity to work together with other members of your team, group, or organization!
