Managers tell us they don’t have time to document. Employees tell us they don’t get written thanks enough. So let’s do both! These are easy to use, thank you notes in duplicate, ready for you to write a thank you to your employee (or any employee who does a great job). The top (white) copy goes to the employee, and the bottom duplicate (yellow) copy goes to the manager of that employee, or to the employee's file (if you are the manager). This is a simple way to motivate or show appreciation for good work and to document employee actions (especially good ones that usually get overlooked at the annual review) all at the same time!
